Are there really enough people interested in your service to make it a good business opportunity? |

We can't make any income guarantees, but the percentage of the population that chooses cremation over burial is growing each year and the trend is toward customized memorial services (click on Cremation Statistics). Our service is so popular because it offers the family and friends of the deceased a meaningful and beautiful way to say goodbye and to help bring closure to the grieving process. |

Will I have a protected area? |
|
|
Yes. You will have the exclusive right to market directly to the public within your territory. You will also have the exclusive right to develop referral relationships with Funeral Professionals within your territory. |

What areas are still available? |
|
|
At this time we still have available territories in every state in the United States as well as throughout Canada. |

How do you define a Territory? |
|
|
Our initial franchise fee purchases a protected territory with at least 500,000 in population. We feel that to be successful a franchisee has to have at least that large a population to draw from. |

Can I buy a larger territory? |
|
|
Yes. A franchisee can buy a larger protected territory for an additional franchise fee. The additional territory must be contiguous with their primary territory. |

Can I buy a franchise in more than one area? |
|
|
Yes. Each separate area will require a separate initial franchise fee. |
|
|
|
Can I buy a large territory and set up other franchises within my territory? |

Yes. Area franchises are available. |
